Nothing increase the height ...... which is determined by genetics. Regarding the strong thighs, there are a multitude of different exercises to choose from. Running, swimming, squats, and yoga are good to begin with. Just be active and to reduce the empty calories (such as soft drinks, candy, chips, etc. ....) and eating healthy choices (fruit, vegetables, water, tuna, you get the idea). Good luck!
