Hello to all, as I am now, I'm "6'2, 176 pounds, with a deep 24 "vertical jump. I want to try for the basketball team competitive even, because I have an incredible arm throw, I play basketball, and I am a very good shooter. My summer is totally open and free, so I would spend an hour or two each day to increase my vertical jump. What is a good way to go more vertical, strength, upper body and the characteristics of basketball world? I am a little on the weak side, and I would get a bit of weight. I would like to work as much as possible without overexertion. Thank you
