OK I'm 13 years old, 145 lbs. I am 5 feet 4 inches high. I am very aware that I am about to be "very overweight." OK then I show you what I want. I eat well, I have a high metabolic activity, but the team has become my main interest, because of lack fun to do outside. Sooo I found myself sitting inside of my free time. The only good way to lose weight is to eat right and exercise. If you eat at that time need to exercise. Cycling and swimming are the two best ways. The race is good once you've lost weight, but puts the impact of unnecessary stress on joints, and the weight is still there. It no such thing as easy weight loss.
