Has anyone used the yoga and ...?
I was wondering if anyone has used yoga before and seen no increase in height all. I think dropping weight because I'm too short for a boy of 5 foot 7 and I wonder if the drop in weight and emphasis on yoga and exercises body weight / cardio with a good diet can help to increase as high as I can potentially. I hear most guys stop growing at about 21, so we still have 2.5 years or more before stopping. So yes, someone has used yoga and have seen an improvement in height? In addition, the strength is useless, because I do not completely lose my strength Thank you.
Yoga is really great for muscle stregnth and endurance. I do every day and feel stronger than me when I was in the army! I do not know if its height. Good luck with that. Oh, and try power yoga Rodny for Yee.
