I need some advice on the "cutting of vines for idiots."?

I have several Concord vineyards and a few other guys who had planted the last year. I got up in the cable and the support post for them and are now about 3 feet tall. I saw a illustration based on the way to cut the canes back to about 4 main stems. That confuses me, if the grapes do not grow on old wood, so I cutting the stalks that grow in my grapes next year, when ended and wait for a new cane to grow and replace it? How many homes should not be in the whole plant? If you prune too much or too little, but culture of the vine? Finally, since we had a drought this year and the grapes were very dry, if I want to hope Nexy, I have to pay? What? Thank you, I'm new to this but I gardening.

If your vines are about 3 feet high, let alone this winter. In spring the buds grow on the trunk of new branches. These more next year. Next late fall / early winter (after the vid, it's over), choose the top two branches the trunk that will take place on the left side and right side of the trunk. About a foot below, choose two more left and right branches. Cut all other branches that have sprouted from the trunk. These 4 branches must now be suspended on a wire mesh, or hung horizontally on your level (probably about 4 feet in any direction). You can get metal fence posts can be driven on the ground, then string wire them on the heights on the right. If you use a trellis or wire, a facility for the use of tape to attach the secondary branches across the cable / lattice. Cut the branches at the end (about 4 feet long). Wait until next spring. Next spring, each bud on the horizontal "Arm" will push a new branch. Let these grow throughout the summer. Again, when the vines are completely dead, cut each new branches that where there are two buttons on the left in each room. Remove branches that may have outbreaks of the main stem. Wait until next spring. Outbreaks in the small branches may or may not bear fruit yet. Anyway, we all grow. Again, when the vine is dead, cut the last part with only two buttons on the left. To do this, each year and these buds will produce fruit. Do not worry about the drought this year or next year. Grapes tend to have a good year - year cycle of poor fruit production. And yours are not willing to bear fruit for at least a few more years, anyway. BTW - If you want more plants of the same variety, take one of the rods, cut, about 3 feet long and winter (December or January), the dough about 1 foot on the ground. In a 4 or 5 years, new vines will fruit.
