How can I lose weight?
I'm 16, my height is 115 pounds 5'6''y. My reason for wanting to lose weight That's because my body seems rather uneven .. I always had a fast metabolism and everything, but now I just want to tone things .. I read on net I have to lose a few inches of my same tone and manner that only the weight loss .. I want to lose five pounds before September. It has increased the amount I take this year .. I do a lot of weight and the amount of calories they consume per day is about 1500. I have no problems and problems with food, but I did that for three weeks .. I do not see a difference and I do not know how. I just need some opinions, comments, etc.
