What you must do to grow?
I was wondering exactly what you can do to maximize your height, or just alittle increase may be, if that makes sense. im 21 years old, and I'm 5'6 ... and I would find a way to increase my height of only 1 or 2 inches or more. I heard that extends, taking vitamins and eating well are ways to add yards short conversation at its height, but exactly what that strecthes, vitamins, or what are the foods that need to eat? And it really works? I mean, try something really bad. I do not labeled as the short, makes it appear I'm not taken seriously because im just below average height. And how old "stop" less less? Im trying to find something that really made me alittle bit higher without wearing platform shoes.
You are still growing at 21 and that you should eat lots of protein. If you load your body protein to build something with your body, because it is more or less made of protein. It is necessary to exert too much because you need to remove the carbohydrates you eat unless you want to gain weight. You should exercise atleast 3 or 4 times a week and drinking protein shakes. They are an excellent source of preotein. You can always platform shoes to prove it not work.
