I am small and thin, are there exercises to help increase grow?
I'm 18 and 5.4. I did some research and most men say they are growing until the age of 20 years. So if I have a few years more and more to do there exercise or training that will help increase my height? I really need some advice. I'm so tired of being short and thin boy.
I'm 24 "5'4. I stopped growing at age 15. It sucks, but it could have a little more growing to do. Look at how much hair you have. In my experience, guys who develop body hair at an age Early, like me, stop growing early and late short. In contrast, those who do not develop body hair grow until the end of adolescence and upscale.
