I have a very slow metabolism. How can I speed up the process?
I tried to diet, exercise and two at a time. uptill 27 years had a very fast metabolism. I could lose weight in one week (5 pounds) and has never been considered as fat. Now everybody tells me that I won a lot. I'm 5'7 and 150 pounds. I hate being fat. I used to be skinny as a teenager, 110 pounds and 5'7. and I tried every tip and trick to save weight. 21 130 pounds came seemed very good for my size and body type, but now I gained 15 pounds in a year. and grow very fast. Help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1 No, this is not fat. But you do not want to keep winning. I read that if you eat 5 or 6 small meals and nothing after 6pm can accelerate your metabolism. Good luck:)
